saturday in byron

Sarah and I went to Byron today, got great little waves at The Pass. Ate some awesome food and got a little sun. I didn't take any photos of stuff you'd expect to see in a 'Byron Post', I took photo's of stuff that was more dope.

Went up to Jugglers to see my friend Lee Harnden and his friend Russell Fenn's show called Clash of the Titan's the other night.

Really dope stuff hanging, that's for sure.

new piece - 'unclear and circular'

I finished up a new pen on paper piece titled 'unclear and circular'.

Without getting too carried away with a wild synopsis, this piece is about an old man that thinks his life has passed him by, that it's too late to make changes and due to that struggle he's become really confused.

It's 71 x 91cm framed and is available at 19karen.

todays 'type tuesday'

i'm basicly using Type Tuesday to help me re-learn Illustrator so stick with me on this one. you can expect some pretty god-damn basic stuff alright.

type tuesday - a new phenomenon

from tomorrow, following in behind 'photo monday', is the new extraodinary weekly event i'm calling 'type, tuesday.' hopefully i can stay regular with it. this little regular feature will be a mixture of stuff I make myself, or stuff i find that gets me psyched.

a world of dreams - sort of

We went to Dreamworld today. Saw some Tigers, that was pretty much the highlight! Went on some rides, slid down some slides, ate a churo, saw a really big lady sleeping on a chair with her legs wide open, saw a little asian boy fall over, got in trouble, got dizzy, ate a shitty little pizza, got a little sick in the tummy, and came home.

In the end we had a bonza day, highly recommended next time your bored on the Gold Coast.
